Asset Markets An EF Advisors service

We match asset builders with owners who want to hold.

The builder (who wants to sell) gets capital back for the next project. The owner (who wants to aggregate and hold) adds a verified asset to its portfolio.

Construction capital is short. Long-term owners arrive once the plant is commissioned and the cashflows are visible. In between, the asset still has to change hands. That should not depend on a personal network. We verify title, contracts, technical condition and cashflows the way a lender would, then make the match.

What is transacted

  • Land and connectivity. Land parcels with evacuation and connectivity in place.
  • Contracted projects. Projects with offtake signed, ready for construction capital or a new owner. Includes PPAs and EPC contracts changing hands.
  • Under construction. Assets part-way through the build, where the builder needs an exit or a partner.
  • Operating plants. Commissioned, cash-generating assets and portfolios, entire projects or stakes in them.

Builders and owners register with Evam and state what they hold or what they seek.

We verify the asset: title, contracts, technical condition and cashflows — the same assessment used for lending.

We match verified assets with verified counterparties. No open listings, no unverified inventory.

We stay through diligence, documentation and completion, and can bring in financing for the buyer where required.

For builders

Builders register the asset and what they are willing to part with — the whole project, a stake, the land, the contract. We verify it once, then take it to owners who have been checked the same way. You get capital back for the next project without running a private sale over your own network.

For buyers

Buyers register the target size, stage and sectors they seek, and how they think about value. Every asset presented has been verified the way a lender verifies it: title, contracts, technical condition and cashflows. You see fewer assets, further along, with the file already built.
