Sandeep co-founded Nexus Venture Partners in 2006 and served as General Partner until 2021; Nexus manages $3.2 Bn across 8 funds. He is an Independent Director of Titan Company, where he chairs the Risk Management Committee, and of HT Media, and serves on the investment committee of the Gates Foundation Strategic Investment Fund and as Senior Advisor to Avaana Capital. Vamsi leads Evam. As Head of Risk at L&T Finance from 2022 to 2024, he was responsible for enterprise, credit, operational and model risk while the firm's retail book grew from about ₹38,000 Cr to about ₹90,000 Cr, and built its board-approved model-risk framework, among the first in the Indian NBFC sector. Multiple RBI inspections in the period closed without material observations. Earlier, corporate and investment banking at IDFC Bank, HSBC and Standard Chartered, including deal-team roles on the Tata Steel–Corus and Tata Motors–Jaguar Land Rover acquisitions, and advisory on about 2 GW of renewable capacity. Kannan leads business and origination at Evam. As co-founder of Coral Capital from 2018 to 2025, he built a structured-credit and debt advisory platform that arranged over ₹5,500 Cr of institutional debt for more than 100 enterprises across renewables, infrastructure, manufacturing and services, with no NPAs on the arranged book. Before that, in Axis Bank's Project Finance and Large Corporates team at the Mumbai head office, he appraised and structured sanctions aggregating over ₹25,000 Cr and coordinated lending consortia of up to 20 banks. Part of the founding team that took IDFC Limited into IDFC Bank, and later structured-lending and team-leadership roles at Piramal Finance and Yes Bank. Sunil runs treasury and finance at Evam. He has raised borrowings across the full NBFC instrument spectrum: bank term loans, NCDs, commercial paper, ECBs, dollar bonds, public-issue NCDs and market-linked debentures. As Treasury Lead at Hero FinCorp, he raised ₹9,000 Cr of the company's ₹17,000 Cr borrowing programme and structured a ₹1,500 Cr priority-sector sanction. At Edelweiss, he led NBFC treasury borrowings of ₹16,000 Cr and executed one of the first corporate-bond repo transactions by an NBFC in the Indian market. He later co-headed treasury and family-office investments at International Tractors, deploying about ₹6,000 Cr across funds, credit and direct positions. Chartered Accountant.

Madhusudhan runs operations at Evam, spanning credit operations, documentation, covenant monitoring and compliance. He was a founding architect of Invoicemart, the Axis Bank-promoted TReDS platform, which grew to monthly disbursements of ₹2,000 Cr during his tenure as Senior GM and Regional Head (South). Most recently, at Axis Trustee Services, he set up the South region and scaled it to ₹5,000 Cr of AUM in 18 months. Earlier roles span Vayana TradeXchange and corporate banking at Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and State Bank of Hyderabad, across 27 years.

Pranay leads credit at Evam. At Axis Bank's Wholesale Bharat Banking group, he headed the SME wholesale franchise for Karnataka and subsequently led the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh businesses, running a 12-member team of relationship managers and credit analysts. His 17 years across HDFC Bank, RBL Bank, ICICI Bank and Axis Bank span mid-market and SME underwriting, structured lending and team building.
