Evam Finance is covered under the Reserve Bank — Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021. If your complaint is not resolved within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with our reply, you may approach the RBI Ombudsman.

Eligibility
You may approach the Ombudsman if any one of the following is true:
- We have rejected your complaint, fully or in part.
- You have not received a reply within 30 days of lodging the complaint with us.
- You are not satisfied with the reply we provided.
What to Submit
- Name, address and contact details of the complainant.
- Name and address of our branch/office complained against.
- Facts of the complaint with supporting documents.
- Nature and extent of loss caused, and the relief sought.
- A copy of the reply (if any) received from us.
